Refund Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the digital products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the digital product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for refunds: In order for the digital products to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The digital products were purchased in the last 30 days.
The digital products have not been downloaded or accessed.
The following digital products cannot be refunded:
Digital products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Digital products which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned.
Digital products which have been downloaded or accessed after purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any digital merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Gifts: If the digital products were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once your refund is processed, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the digital products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
